A medley of wild, local & domestic mushrooms heavily seasoned with fresh rosemary & thyme leaves.
Frozen / Serves 2-3 GF /Vegan
Ingredients: Wild & domestic roasted mushrooms*,( Portobello, Oyster, Chanterelles, Cremini, morels), potato*, onions, celery*, coconut milk, garlic*, red wine, fresh rosemary* and thyme*, olive oil, butter, sea salt & fresh red & black pepper.
From frozen: To loosen contents submerse container in warm water for a few minutes. Empty soup into a small saucepan, bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stirring continuously heat 10 minutes or until hot and soup temperature has reached 74C/165F. Stir before serving.
