Loaded with tangy mango pieces, boneless chicken & roasted vegetables, simmered in a lemon coconut sauce. Serve with Basmati Rice and a warm garlic Naan Bread. 



Packaged in a 6”x8” with cardboard  foil lid. 

Ingredient List: Boneless specialty chicken ( local B.C., free range, non- medicated feed), roasted sweet peppers, zucchini, mangos, coconut milk, carrots , celery, onion, water chestnuts, lemon, ginger, cilantro,  olive oil, rice flour , curry spices , lime leaves, sea salt & fresh ground pepper.  

Instructions on Label:

Stove top: ( Best Option) Empty contents into a large heavy bottomed saucepan. Cover and heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F.
From frozen: Preheat oven to 375 F, loosen sides of lid. Heat 60-90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 74C/165F. Stir occasionally before serving.
Thawed: Same as above, reduce heating time to 40 minutes.
