This sauce has your classic East Indian curry spices ... the ones you crave! Simply roast your favourite vegetables and /or meat and add our sauce!
Delicious with Basmati Rice, Pappadams, Mango Chutney and a side of Long beans. Also great in a crock pot with lamb, pork, beef or chick peas.

Organic canned tomatoes, onions, lime juice, fresh ginger and garlic, rice flour, 35 % organic local cream, butter, tamarind, fresh curry leaf & herbs, curry spices ( includes mustard seed) , sea salt & fresh ground pepper.
Instructions: Thaw and empty sauce into a heavy bottomed skillet with roasted meat or chickpeas and vegetables. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 8-10 minutes stirring often until temperature reaches 74 C / 160 F .
