Instructions from frozen: To loosen contents submerse container in warm water for a few minutes. Empty soup into a small sauce pan, bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stirring continuously heat 10 minutes or until hot and soup temperature has reached 74C/165F. Stir before serving.
