Ingredients: Organic red Lentils, local organic apples, coconut milk, onion, organic garlic , ginger, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, fresh cilantro , curry leaves, spices, olive oil, sea salt & fresh black pepper.

From frozen: To loosen contents submerse container in warm water for a few minutes. Empty soup into a small sauce pan, bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stirring continuously heat 10 minutes or until hot and soup temperature has reached 74C/165F. Stir before serving.
